- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is a joke. Phone for an appointment on hold for 10 minutes. Get through and get told they have a new system in place where I have to tell them what's wrong with me and they will then phone me back with an appointment whenever they feel like it. So basically they get to decide who is more worthy of seeing a doctor. I phoned this morning and still no call back. Today is my only day off work, I work full time and long shifts, I have stuff to do and I'm having to sit around and wait till someone decides to phone me back with an appointment that for all I know could be in 20 minutes or in 20 days. It's a joke. Been with this practice for 2 years and still never got to see a doctor. And why does a receptionist have to be told what is wrong with me. What happened to doctor patient confidentiality?! They do not need to know my health problems and they are not qualified to decide whether it's worth seeing a doctor today or in a weeks time.by Siobhan SimpsonAugust 20, 2017
